The evil Milkman holds the whole city of Las Cruces in his criminal hands, and now the legendary black-belt neurosurgeon Dr. Karate, the disgraced athlete Steroid Jackson, the renegade racer Gella Fistgerald, the mysterious Beekeeper and other fighters from the Fist Puncher team must bring to him a portion of the old justice.

Put things in order in the city with the Fist Puncher team - drive the addicts off the nudist beach, rip off the Nazi party, ride ostriches in the desert and explore the troubled cemetery.
