Northgard is a strategy inspired by Norse mythology. Lead the Viking clan and conquer uncharted lands full of secrets.

After years of tireless searches, brave Vikings discovered Nordguard - a new land full of secrets, dangers and wealth.

The brave of the northerners raised their sails and set off to conquer other people's shores in the hope of glorifying their clan and making history through their conquests, trade, and zealous service to the gods.

But for this they will have to fend off the wild animals and the dead, prowling in these places, establish relations with the Yotuns or fight with them and survive the winters so severe that the north has not seen.

Build your settlement on the continent discovered by the Vikings - Nordgard.

Train your Vikings in various crafts so that they become peasants, warriors, sailors and sages.

Manage your resources wisely and try to survive the harsh winters and enemy attacks.

Expand your territory and discover new lands using unique strategic opportunities.

Achieve victory by embarking on the path of conquest, glory, wisdom or trade.

Compete with friends or with AI on maps with different levels of difficulty and their own characteristics.

Game installation:

1. unzip the archive
2. move the Northgard folder to / Applications (/ Programs)
3. run run.command
4. in case of a "permission denied" error -
5. open /Programs / Utilities/Terminal.app
6. dial in the terminal
7. Code: chmod + x
8. press SPACEBAR
9. drag run.command to the terminal window
10. press ENTER
11. repeat start
