Strategy Games for Mac is one of the genres of computer games where the player does not need a quick reaction and action, but rather, you need to use strategic knowledge and think a few steps ahead.
Strategies can be classified over time and based on gameplay. In the course of time, they distinguish:
- Turn-based strategies where players must take their steps in turn. A turn-based strategy differs from a real-time strategy in a wide variety of actions, and they appeared much earlier. Turn-based strategies are more suitable for those players who prefer to spend a lot of time thinking and planning;
- A real-time strategy allows players to act simultaneously, without waiting for the turn of their turn;
- Hybrid strategy appeared due to the desire of players to fight with others. The main problem of turn-based strategies was that everyone had to wait for their turn, so an hour could be spent on all players' moves. In hybrid strategies, players are allowed to make a move at the same time, without waiting for other players to finish their move.
