- Unzip the zip file
- Open dmg file

- p.s If the game is not displayed in Launchpad then you need to run it like this: Go to the application folder (or "programs" in Russian) and find the folder "Hearts.of.Iron.IV.Man.the.Guns" there
- Inside this folder, find the hoi4.app file and launch the game through it. (that is, you click on it and it starts)
